How do I place a Wholesale order?
If you are a registered wholesaler with us just login with your password on the Order Page

If you would like to sell wholesale click here to request a Wholesale Login Password, once you receive your login password you can access the Order Page. Online ordering is done through Paypal (you do not need a Paypal acct. to process a credit card payment).  If you would prefer to either mail or fax your order, you can mail to Pare innovations LLC, P O Box 1641, Lecanto, FL 34460-1641 or fax to 1-888-519-2192. If you would prefer to call in your order or if you have any other questions about our ordering process, please call Customer Service at: 1-888-519-2192.  

 

What is the minimum order?

Minimum order is 1 dz.  Re-orders are 1 dz.

 

How is Shipping paid?

Shipping is paid for by the buyer and is added during the checkout process.    We ship by USPS, UPS, and/or Fed Ex, if you wish to use your own shipping service please place your order by phone and let our customer service rep know which service you would like to use.

 

How can I track my order online? 
Once the order ships, a Shipping Confirmation e-mail is sent to you with the order details and tracking number, which you may use to track your order. 

Am I required to pay sales tax?  
We are required to collect sales tax for orders delivered in FL. If you supply us with your Sales Tax Number sales tax will not apply.

How long will it take to receive my order? 

All wholesale orders are usually processed within 1-2 wks  depending on quantity and inventory available.  Shipping can vary from 3-7 days depending on shipping location and service used.  If there is going to be any delay on the processing or shipping of your order you will receive an email explaining the delay. 


Where do you ship to? 
We ship within the United States, Guam, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands.  We do not ship Internationally at this time.

Can I change or cancel my order? 
You may change or cancel your order if it has not been processed yet. Call Customer Service at 1-888-519-2192 and we will check to see if your order can be canceled.
